IP Creator

A tool for creating IP.BIN files from a textual representation. Used in developing homebrew for the Dreamcast. Originally by Marcus Comstedt and taken from his website, the code is mirrored here, just to make sure I don't lose track of it.

Building

Just run build.sh.
